Billy and wife Jonie came to Covenant from the tiny town of Twain Harte in Northern California where he served as a volunteer Jr. High/High School director for a number of years. He began his time with Covenant ministering to College Students and leading worship hiding behind his guitar. Recently, using some sort of Jedi Mind Trick, he has changed roles to Director of Ministries, assisting Pastor Scott by overseeing Youth, Children and Communication staff - offering his wisdom, care and vision (we know, scary right?!) to help them fulfill their callings.
